Literacy and Vocational Program (LVP)

Afghanistan has gone through wars and internal conflicts for more than three decades. As a result of war, the education system collapsed and several generations of Afghans became illiterate. Education system in the country is facing with unknown future and it’s because of the recent restrictive direction of DFA. But inserting inputs in primary education can be still turning point in paving the way for a brighter future where everyone does something important for a prosperous Afghanistan and do their duty in respecting human rights. Currently, according to UN reports, more than 10 million people are illiterate in Afghanistan – mostly in remote areas. With available capacity and the appropriate security, it’s now with us to reach these people and equip them with primary education.

WHTO has been providing Literacy and Vocational training programs in various parts of Afghanistan by giving value to our culture. We offered some literacy & Vocational training courses to approximate and more than thousands of males and females were benefited.
